We are recruiting members who work on project designs with us to open up the regional future in Fukuoka and Tokyo.
Regarding the shifts and salary, we are flexible so please consult with us. Please refer to the following application requirements for more details.
We are looking for applicants who aim to become a City Manager in Japan and abroad in the future, through various working experience in our company as well as developing various operation skills.

Job descriptions:

- Creating and promoting area strategies in the city center
- Building up the area management and promoting it
- Creating public space and applying it
- Renewal of housing in the suburbs
- Building up the regional projects regarding agriculture and food

Assistance for the above descriptions in design, research and management
Other operations associated with the above descriptions
Qualification requirements:

- Those who understand the company’s vision
- Those who can work in a team with various people
- Over 2 years working experience
- PC skills
Required skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Welcomed skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, GIS
Working conditions:

Contract employee (with a trial period), Part-timers
Dual employment is available.
Treatment:

Travel allowance is provided (with a limitation)
Working place:

The head office or Tokyo office
Remote work is available
However, all the members need to gather for training camps several times a year.
There are regular online or face-to-face meetings.

Working hours:

3 to 5 days per week (excluding Saturday and Sunday, National Holidays)
Basically, working hours are 8 hours and the core time is from 9:30 to 16:30.
Lunch break at 12:00 to 13:00.
*Working days and working hours can be flexibly adjusted.
